Character’s Name: Toraware Katori

Character's Birthday: October 1st, 1993
Class Standing: First Year
Character’s Background: Born into a wealthy family, Katori's existence has only ever been necessary for the purpose of succeeding his father's business. His mother died soon after his birth and his father was too busy to raise him, so he grew up keeping busy with etiquette lessons, studies, travel, and anything else that could have prevented an engaging childhood. Nonetheless, he holds no resentment towards his father or his lifestyle... Well, not anymore. As a child, he'd had his complaints and was at times downright disagreeable. He spent a year abroad in London just before entering Gekkoukan High, and during this time, he began to reevaluate his life. He had made a friend who showed him he could accept his fate while still living for his own ambitions in life. It was his first real friend, and Katori realized the only thing he really wished for himself was friendship. He'd make sure to focus on this personal goal at Gekkoukan.
On the first night that he returned home, he had trouble sleeping. He missed his friend. Trying to tire himself out, he went out for a walk to find the city eclipsed in darkness, dripping with blood. Coffins plagued the streets, and in the light of the full moon, he barely caught glimpse of a Shadow. He had dismissed the event as a disturbing nightmare, until about a month later when he received a letter from the Chairman of his new school, asking him to enlist in S.E.E.S., telling him that he was a potential persona user. First and foremost, Katori was anxious to move into the special dorms, away from home and with the opportunity to make good on his goal.
He hasn't yet actually summoned his person, so he doesn't know anything about it. However, he's more than willing to give his all in battle, and he aspires to be an essential member of the team.
Character’s Personality: Katori has a very gentle demeanor. He's generally outgoing and easy to get along with. Being that he was born into a prestigious family, he has good manners and displays maturity. He'll offer advice to anyone who asks for it and is an excellent shoulder to cry on. He also ends up being a mediator of disputes. Katori is well-educated and has studied abroad in London for one year, prior to his freshman year at Gekkoukan High. As such, his English is fluent.
His disposition is rarely upset, as he has a high tolerance to emotional turbulence. However, even he has his moments where he can be a bit depressed. Even so, he tries not to let it affect him too greatly.
